Those are YFH numbers. Nearly every YFH parcel carries four letters followed by ten digits, and HRBC and HRBZ are by far the most common prefixes, with HRSG and HREX turning up less often. Because the letters do not spell the carrier's name, this prefix is what most people end up searching for — the number is valid and can be tracked as-is.
A carrier in your own country. YFH handles the China-side collection and the international leg, then hands the parcel over for final delivery — in the United States that is very often USPS, and elsewhere it is typically the national post or a local courier. If your last events name a carrier you recognise, that is the handover working normally, and that carrier is the one with the live information from then on.
Most likely it is on the international leg, which produces few or no scans between departure from China and arrival in the destination country. That gap routinely runs from several days to a couple of weeks on economy services. The gap that deserves attention is a different one: if an arrival or customs scan has already appeared in your country and then nothing follows for a week or more, the local carrier is where to chase.
Count from the first carrier scan rather than from the order date — sellers often create the label days before the parcel is collected. From that point, cross-border economy parcels commonly take a couple of weeks to a month depending on the lane and on customs, and peak seasons add to it. Your seller's stated window is the promise that actually binds; if you are past it with no arrival scan, raise it on the order.
First check the mailbox, parcel locker, porch and with neighbours or anyone at the address, and give it a day: the delivery scan is sometimes recorded shortly before the parcel is actually handed over. If it still has not appeared, contact the seller you ordered from.
