Track and get real-time status updates for PDN EXPRESS shipments.
PDN Express B.V. is a Dutch last-mile courier based in De Kwakel in the Netherlands. Its own site describes the job as "parcel intake and route planning to last-mile delivery and parcel tracking", and it states plainly that the service is for "contracted merchants only" — the Netherlands is the one service country it lists. Alongside the general merchant service it runs PDN Driver, which it presents as parcel delivery for Amazon Selling Partners shipping to the amazon.nl store. The site itself is published in English, Dutch, German and French.
So a PDN number reaches you because the shop you ordered from, or the Amazon seller who packed it, put PDN on the label — it is not a carrier you pick at checkout. Most PDN histories on the 24hTrack platform are purely Dutch: the label is created, PDN takes the parcel in at Amsterdam, it arrives at a facility in a city such as Utrecht, a courier collects it, and the parcel goes out for delivery the same morning. A minority of numbers start earlier and further away, with sorting-centre and customs entries from Asia before the Dutch leg begins.
Ships for: Dutch online shops that contract PDN for their own last-mile deliveries, Amazon Selling Partners delivering to buyers on amazon.nl, Cross-border sellers whose parcels are handed to PDN for the final Dutch leg
Tracking number format: PDN followed by 10 digits — for example PDN0000000000. Almost every PDN number on the 24hTrack platform uses exactly this shape, so if yours has extra letters in the middle or a different length, check it was copied whole
Typical delivery time: Counted on the 24hTrack platform from the moment PDN itself takes the parcel in to the delivery scan, half of the parcels were delivered inside about 2 days and 80% inside about 3 — the Dutch leg is short. The figure looks very different on numbers that begin abroad: there the first scan can sit a week or more before PDN ever touches the parcel, so the window from first scan to doorstep stretches to roughly 8 days at the median. If your number already shows a Dutch intake scan, use the shorter window.
Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on PDN EXPRESS's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you every scan PDN EXPRESS has published, on one page.

PDN Express B.V. is a last-mile parcel courier in the Netherlands, based in De Kwakel. It works for contracted merchants rather than for shoppers, and its own site lists the Netherlands as its service country. It also runs PDN Driver for Amazon Selling Partners shipping to amazon.nl. That is why the name appears on your tracking page even though you never chose it — the seller did.
It is PDN followed by 10 digits, like PDN0000000000 — 13 characters in total. Nearly every PDN number seen on the 24hTrack platform matches that shape. If yours is shorter, longer, or has letters after the PDN, it was probably clipped or mixed up with an order number when it was copied, so go back to the confirmation email and take it again.
Dutch shops usually call it track en trace. You can paste the PDN number straight into 24hTrack and get the current status plus every scan before it, free and without an account. You can paste several numbers at once, and they do not all have to be PDN numbers — if part of your order shipped with another carrier, those numbers work on the same page.
PDN spells out the reason in the scan itself. The three you see most often on the 24hTrack platform are "Not answering phone calls/buzz", "Address Could Not Be Located" and "Incorrect Address". What normally follows is "Your package has been returned to the local facility" and then "Scheduled Delivery - Redelivery Processing in Progress", so the parcel goes back out on a later round rather than being sent home straight away. If the reason points at your address details, fix them with the shop that shipped the order — PDN takes its instructions from the merchant, not from the recipient.
On the 24hTrack platform, half of the parcels were delivered within about 2 days of PDN taking them in, and 80% within about 3. Numbers that start with scans from abroad take much longer end to end, because most of that time is the crossing and the customs steps before the Dutch leg even starts — around 8 days at the median from the very first scan.
Weekend rounds do happen. Among the out-for-delivery and delivered scans visible on the 24hTrack platform, Saturday and Sunday each account for roughly a tenth, with Monday and Friday the busiest days at about a quarter each. That sample is small, so read it as a pattern rather than a published timetable — PDN does not advertise fixed delivery days.
Almost certainly not. The first entry, "Package information received", only means the shop has told PDN a parcel is coming; nothing physical has been scanned. The gap between that and "We've got your package" is often several days in the histories on the 24hTrack platform. Chase it with the shop if the number still has no PDN intake scan after about a week.
Yes. Paste the number on 24hTrack and you get the status and the full scan history — free, no account, no app. The carrier is detected from the number itself, so you do not have to know it is PDN before you look.
