Omniva Tracking

Track and get real-time status updates for Omniva shipments.

24hTrack is a free lookup site, not Omniva. We don't sell or deliver parcels — we show you the scans the carrier has published.

What is Omniva?

Omniva is the trading name of Estonia's national postal company, Eesti Post. Its own English site describes a business operating in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, built around a network of parcel machines and postal points, with letter and parcel services and international sending to 237 destinations worldwide.

What that means for the number in your hand is slightly surprising. Every Omniva number on the 24hTrack platform is in the international two-letters-plus-nine-digits form ending in EE, which says Estonia issued it — but a large share of those parcels show their first scans nowhere near Estonia. The earliest entries are often sorting facilities in southern China, after which the parcel moves through hubs such as Budapest and Kaunas and only then reaches an Estonian or Lithuanian sorting centre. In other words, an EE number frequently belongs to a cross-border order from Asia that is coming into the Baltics through the postal channel, not to a domestic Estonian parcel.

Ships for: Shoppers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania receiving parcels at an Omniva parcel machine or postal point, Cross-border sellers routing orders into the Baltics through the postal channel, Anyone posting a tracked letter or parcel with Omniva to one of its international destinations

Tracking number format: Two letters, nine digits, then EE — for example RC000000000EE. Every Omniva number on the 24hTrack platform uses that shape, and RC is by far the most common opening pair. The EE at the end is the country that issued the number; it does not tell you where the parcel started or where it is going

Typical delivery time: On the Omniva parcels that have run all the way to a delivery scan on the 24hTrack platform — a modest sample, so treat these as rough — half reached the door in about two weeks and the slowest fifth took a month or more. The waiting is concentrated in two places: export clearance in the origin country, and the international leg. Measured across all Omniva numbers with a history, the longest quiet stretch on a typical parcel is around 8 days, and half of them go a full week or more with no scan at all, which is why "not updating" is usually not a problem to solve.

How to track Omniva packages

Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on Omniva's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you every scan Omniva has published, on one page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What carrier is Omniva?

Omniva is the trading name of Eesti Post, Estonia's national postal company. Its own site describes operations in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, a network of parcel machines and postal points, and international sending to 237 destinations. If an Omniva number turned up on an order you placed with a foreign shop, the shop chose the postal channel — Omniva is the postal operator whose number the shipment travels under, and in the Baltics it is also the carrier that hands the parcel over at the end.

Why is my Omniva tracking not updating?

Because for most of the journey there is nothing to scan. Measured on the 24hTrack platform, the longest quiet stretch on a typical Omniva parcel is around 8 days, and half of them go a full week or more with no entry at all. The two usual stopping points are export clearance in the country the parcel left and the international leg itself; scans pick up again around "Shipment arriving to destination country" and the Estonian or Lithuanian sorting centre. A gap of a week or two on a cross-border order is ordinary. If the parcel has already been scanned inside the destination country and then goes quiet for well over a week, that is the point to ask the seller to open a case.

What does an Omniva tracking number look like?

Two letters, nine digits, then EE — for example RC000000000EE, 13 characters. RC is the most common opening pair. If your number is a different length or has extra letters in the middle, it is probably the seller's own order reference rather than a postal number, and it will not track anywhere. Paste the number on the 24hTrack home page and the carrier is worked out for you.

My Omniva number ends in EE but I ordered from China. Is that a mistake?

No, and it is very common. The last two letters of an international postal number say which postal operator issued it, not where the parcel was posted or where it is going. A large share of the EE numbers on the 24hTrack platform start with scans at sorting facilities in southern China and then travel through hubs such as Budapest and Kaunas before reaching a Baltic sorting centre. The number was issued under the Estonian postal operator because that is the channel the seller shipped through.

How long does Omniva delivery take?

For a domestic or Baltic parcel, an Omniva delivery is a matter of days. For the cross-border orders that make up most of the numbers we see, the picture is longer: on the parcels we could follow all the way to a delivery scan, half arrived in about two weeks and the slowest fifth took a month or more. That sample is modest, so treat it as a rough guide rather than a promise, and remember the clock only really starts when the parcel physically leaves the origin country.

My Omniva parcel is waiting in a parcel machine — how long do I have?

Parcel machines and postal points hold a parcel for a limited period and then send it back to the sender, so treat the arrival notification as a deadline rather than a receipt. The exact window is set by Omniva and by the service the sender paid for, so read the SMS or email you were sent, or check your parcel on Omniva's own site, and collect it as soon as you can. Once a parcel has been returned, only the sender can arrange for it to be sent out again.

Does 24hTrack track Omniva parcels for free?

Yes. Paste the number on the 24hTrack home page and you get the current status and the events published for that parcel, with no account and no sign-up. It works the same way whether the parcel is moving in Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania, or is still on its way in from abroad.
