Track and get real-time status updates for Netpost shipments.
24hTrack is a free lookup site, not Netpost. We don't sell or deliver parcels — we show you the scans the carrier has published.
Netpost is the trading name of Công ty Cổ phần Chuyển phát nhanh NETPOST Việt Nam, a Vietnamese express delivery company. Its own site presents domestic parcel delivery across Vietnam at several speeds — standard, express, same-day and an economy tier — alongside e-commerce fulfilment and shared warehousing for online shops, plus international shipping to more than 220 destinations handed over to the global integrators it names as partners.
It sells mainly to businesses rather than to people posting a single parcel, so a Netpost waybill normally reaches you because a Vietnamese shop shipped your order with them, or because that shop keeps its stock in a Netpost warehouse and Netpost both picks and delivers. The scans are written in Vietnamese, which is worth knowing before you read your own timeline.
“Netpost” is a word several unrelated systems also use, which is why searching for it on its own returns a mixture of results. If your number came from a Vietnamese seller, or the parcel is moving inside Vietnam, this is the right page. If you are not sure whose number you are holding, paste it on the 24hTrack home page instead and let the carrier be identified from the number itself.

Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on Netpost's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you every scan Netpost has published, on one page.

This page covers Công ty Cổ phần Chuyển phát nhanh NETPOST Việt Nam, the Vietnamese express delivery company that also runs fulfilment and warehousing for online shops. Several unrelated products share the Netpost name, so the word alone is ambiguous. The quickest way to be sure is the parcel itself: if it was sent by a Vietnamese shop or is moving between Vietnamese provinces, you are in the right place, and if not, pasting the number on the 24hTrack home page will identify the carrier for you.
On the shipping label, and in the dispatch message from the shop you ordered from — Netpost calls it the waybill number, số vận đơn. It is not the shop's own order number, and that is the most frequent mix-up: an order reference lives in the seller's system and no carrier can look it up. If the seller has only given you an order number, ask them for the Netpost waybill.
Inside Vietnam a quiet day usually just means the parcel is between depots and there is nothing new to record. If the shipment is leaving the country the gap is longer, and on this number it can be permanent: Netpost hands international traffic to global integrator partners, and those carriers issue their own number for the onward leg — the seller has it. For a domestic parcel that has not moved for a week, the seller is again the right person to ask, because they booked the collection and can raise it with the branch that took the parcel.
Its own site offers international shipping to more than 220 destinations, but through global integrator partners rather than its own overseas network, so the delivery abroad is completed by another company. Ask the sender which number covers the international leg; you can paste that one here as well and read both journeys in the same place.
